Jagaur D-Type 1956 Limited Edition fountain pen is the third pen in a we introduce before the Singapore F1 Night race 2010. Previously, we introduced the
OMAS Lamborghini Limited Edition, follow by
Montegrappa Farrarei Annual Edition.
Released in 2008 to commenorate the famous 1950's Le Mans winning Jaguar D-Type by Aquila working with Jaguar.
There design of the pen are created by the Jaguar's advanced designers. The Aquila's technical experts using their know-how using modern materials to craft a pen that will reflect the sportly spirit of the Jagaur D-Type.
Like the Montegraapa Farrarei, this Jaguar pen is also craft using aluminum with sterling silver and rose gold plating.
Only 560 of this aluminum pens were released with each pen individual number.
The limited edition number label look like those race car label number, and it is label on the barrel. The pen shown here is x8 (click on the first picture to enlarge).
There is also another titanium edition with 18k solid gold trim. This Titanium Limited Edition pens is limited to 56 pens world wide.
This unique Jaguar pen is fixed with the Aquila patented filling system for fountain pens.
