Rumours, Rumours ... Sailor 100th Anniversary Limited Edition

Sailor Company, Japan is 100th this year. They are released two limited edition to mark the 100th milestone.

The Arita is limited to 100 pieces worldwide.

The high grade Mulberry wood pen is limited to 1000 pieces worldwide. The crafted from a mulberry wood from the Island of Mikur Mikurajima, a small Island in the Izu archipelago. The Island is well know for its very rare and precious natural material.

Both the Arita and Mulberry wood pens comes compelted with a 21K solid gold nib which is stamped with the ‘100 Years’ insignia and also shows the ‘anchor’ with special draped chains signifying the 100 years history and the close connection to the sea

It will be available in May 2011.

It is available for pre-order at the local authorized Sailor retailers.
